Case Management

The goal of SETIO’s Case Management program is to rapidly return the most vulnerable populations in communities, to a state of self-sufficiency following a disaster.  We accomplish this by ensuring that each individual has access to a case manager who will work with the applicant to design and implement a recovery plan. Case managers also organize and access disaster related resources for our clients, and advocate on their behalf.  Resources include but are not limited to safe and sanitary living conditions, human services, and heath care. If these needs are not addressed they may adversely impact a client’s recovery.
